Clients must be 13 years or older
Due to COVID, no extra people during services **including children or toddlers**
If you have time sensitive plans, please let me know ahead of time. Braids take time, please be patient with me!

Please select hair color at the time of booking-- if not selected, then the default color will be 1B.
If you do not see your desired hair color, feel free to contact me and I will refer you to a place to purchase your hair.
If your hair is at or past your bra strap, please add "Waist Length" to your service. If your hair is at or past your butt, please add "Butt Length" to your service.

Please come wash and blow dried to your appointment. No services will be performed if hair is not clean. *No oils, accessories, etc. in hair upon arrival*
You are more than welcome to add a wash and/or blow to your service!
Please, let me know if you would like alterations to your finished hair before you leave the chair. No re-do on hair are free.

$22 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit required for all services
There is a $15 late fee for arriving 10 minutes past scheduled booking. Arrivals 15 minutes or later will be canceled. I am backed up with customers, so please be considerate of our time.
Allow a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals (applies to stylist and client)

Same-Day reschedules will be charged $15
Squeeze-in appointments will have a $35 up-charge **Hair must be provided for squeeze-in appointments**

You MUST text or call me FIRST before booking an appointments within 24 hours.
You must text or call FIRST to verify availability prior to booking last minute appointments within 24 hours
If you try to book an appointment less than 24 hours ahead of time, then you are liable to forfeit your deposit. *
